Full Home Remodels in Fort Worth

Whole-house and down-to-the-studs renovations that transform the layout, systems, and finishes of the home you already own.

Full Home Remodels

A new home without moving.

A full remodel is new construction inside an existing structure. We open walls, update plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, correct what's hidden behind the drywall, and rebuild with new layouts and finishes. Our restoration background means we know what to look for once the walls are open.

  • Down-to-the-studs renovations
  • Open-concept layout changes
  • Load-bearing wall removal and beams
  • Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC updates
  • New kitchens and bathrooms
  • Flooring, trim, and paint throughout

Remodeled open-concept kitchen and living room

Structural changes

Load-bearing walls, beams, and new openings engineered and permitted.

Hidden issues fixed

Old water damage, wiring, and plumbing corrected while the walls are open.

Whole-house plan

Layout, systems, and finishes planned together, not room by room.

Phased if needed

We can phase the work so parts of the house stay livable.

Older homes: Homes built before 1978 may have lead-based paint, and federal rules require lead-safe work practices when it's disturbed. Homes from that era can also contain asbestos. We test before demolition, and our sister company Coyote Restoration can handle residential asbestos abatement.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Call or text (682) 450-1621.

How long does a full home remodel take?
It depends on size, structural changes, and selections. Many whole-home remodels take several months. We give you a phased schedule before demolition.
Can we live in the house during a full remodel?
For a down-to-the-studs renovation, most owners move out. For phased remodels, we can often keep part of the house livable.
Can you remove load-bearing walls?
Yes. We confirm what's load-bearing, have beams engineered when needed, and pull the permits.
What if you find problems behind the walls?
Older homes often hide water damage, outdated wiring, or failed plumbing. We document it with photos, explain the options, and give you a written change order before doing extra work.
