New Home Construction in Fort Worth

Ground-up new homes on your lot, built start to finish by one contractor: site work, foundation, framing, systems, and finishes.

New Home Construction

Building a new home means coordinating dozens of trades, inspections, and decisions. We run all of it under one contract: one schedule, one budget, one point of contact. You get a written scope before we break ground and photo updates every step of the way.

Plans and pricing

Bring your plans or start from a proven floor plan. We price it line by line before you commit.

One master schedule

Foundation, framing, MEP, roofing, drywall, and finishes sequenced in one plan.

Inspections passed

We schedule every city inspection and fix anything before it's flagged.

Weekly photo updates

See what happened on site, even when you can't be there.

Texas note: Inside city limits, new homes need city building permits and inspections. On rural lots outside city limits, county rules apply, and homes on septic need an on-site sewage facility (OSSF) permit. We confirm what your lot requires before construction starts.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Call or text (682) 450-1621.

How long does it take to build a new home?
It depends on size, plans, permitting, weather, and selections. Once permits are issued and selections are made, many new homes take several months to about a year. We give you a written schedule before we start.
Do I need my own lot?
Yes. We build on owner-provided lots. If you're still shopping for land, we can look at a lot with you and flag site, utility, and drainage issues before you buy.
Can you work from plans I already have?
Yes. We can build from your plans, help modify a stock plan, or coordinate with a designer or architect for a fully custom home.
What's the difference between new construction and a custom home?
New home construction usually starts from a proven or lightly modified plan, which keeps the cost and timeline predictable. A custom home is designed from scratch around your lot and preferences. We build both.
