Our sister company, Coyote Restoration, handles 24/7 emergency mitigation, drying, and cleanup. Once the property is stable, we handle the rebuild.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We prepare construction scopes and documentation and work with your adjuster on the rebuild. Coverage decisions are always made by your insurance company.
Are you a public adjuster?
No. We're a contractor. We don't negotiate your claim or interpret your policy for you. Texas law requires a licensed public adjuster for that. We handle the construction scope and the rebuild.
Can you start after mitigation is done?
Yes. Once the property is dried and stabilized, whether by Coyote Restoration or another company, we take over the reconstruction.
Who pays the deductible?
You do. Texas law prohibits contractors from waiving, rebating, or absorbing your deductible.
