How long does a custom home take to build?
It depends on plans, permitting, selections, weather, and size. Once permits are issued and selections are made, many custom homes take several months to a year. We give you a written schedule before we start.
Do you help before plans are final?
Yes. We can review plans, help refine the scope, and price options so the build starts with clear expectations and fewer change orders.
Do you build on my lot?
Yes. We build on owner-provided lots across Fort Worth and North Texas, and we'll evaluate site conditions, utilities, and drainage during pre-construction.
Which areas do you build in?
Our primary area is a 30-mile radius around our North Richland Hills office, including Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, and surrounding cities. Larger builds outside that area are reviewed case by case.
